May 3, 1935 -
Heavy rain all day, driven by cold gusty winds from the east; last on into the night, with the temperature about 36, all the time. –
Working all day on the Elevators picture. There is something about them that makes me think of the Ark – I liked to imagine that today we were in the midst of the 40 day rain.
