March 25 – Wednesday –
B+I to Laube’s Restaurant in Williamsville for lunch, which was very pleasant.
Afterwards to Loblaws premium store where Bertha wanted to cash in her P.C.s (over 1000 of them!) – (They were holding a closing out sale) – But lines were so long, and everything seemed to have been “picked over” so we left.
In studio – made changes in the sky of yesterday’s picture – paler and more mysterious – it now seems (Bertha, who had admired it very much before, agreed) to be more of “a piece” throughout. Title “Pussy-Willows by Moonlight”.
Crocuses fully open, filled with honey-bees – What a joyous sight!
