A dream—of being on a train, arriving home for Christmas (with the old anticipation I used to have when coming home from school) the train stopped at a station. There was a great crowd of people. Mostly women & children, anxiously waiting for a train. I felt I should give them a greeting, but knew they could not hear me. So tapping on the window to get their attention I said silently exaggerating the enunciation with my lips “Mer-ry - Christmas”
