 To Brandywine Falls.  On car, I saw South – a misty white sun in the sky, distances a pale whitish blue –

Daniels comes as I am going to creek.  Build fire at head of Falls – Argument over sausages.

Sketching Falls at Afterglow time.  Homeward in dark – Strange pale green light in western sky – remains until seven o’clock.  Strangeness of the night.
