Jan. 7-8-9 – (Tues-Thurs)
Working all three days on parting of Christmas Tree, with our front room, the middle arch + part of the middle room. I strive to put into it all the joy of Christmas, of family love, and home life, peace and sweet contentment.
Evening of the ninth – to Shea’s Seneca to see “Home Sweet Homicide” + “Topper Returns”. I had just finished reading the book [Home Sweet Homicide] a delightful story of three precious children with an irresponsible, absentminded mother who wrote mystery stories. A nice friendly spirit in the family.
