Artist Kathleen Raines loves to paint images of nature (especially of birds) while her daughter, Kristy Blakely focuses on botanical images and nature journaling. Both watercolorists have a different take on the style. The duo will share their approaches to watercolor painting at this Salon.
Join a featured watercolorist at Thursday Salon; a watercolor studio and gathering place at the Burchfield Penney Art Center. On Thursday summer evenings bring your watercolor supplies, stop by Burchfield's Cafe to purchase a refreshing drink, and join your friends in the studio classroom for painting and conversation. Held in the Studio/Classroom.
Drop-in, no registration needed.
